So, I have just started my first bullet journal and I am SUPER excited about it! Although, yes, I have just started, I am here to help you get started too! If you have an interest in trying it, you totally should! I just got mine all set up and little while ago, and now, I’m ready to share what I have so far, which isn’t much (😬), but I will keep posting about it (if any of you noticed how I added “Bullet Journaling” as a post category!!), so we can all go on this journaling-journey together!!
Also… before you start bullet journaling, I recommend you get the right supplies! Here are a few that I love, love, love and recommend 100% (and FYI, I have been using these products for a long time, for other purposes besides bullet journaling.)
- Tombow Brush Pens (buy them here)
- Micron Pens (buy them here)
- U Brands Gel Pens (buy them here)
- Hardcover Dot Journal (buy them here)
Here are my Tombow brush pins ❤❤
FYI, when starting bullet journaling, I totally recommend using DOTTED journals! These dots will help your lines stay straight and they look cute! 😉
Now, let’s get to actually setting up the journal!
As you see, I designed + printed out a cute little print to glue to the cover of my bullet journal, if you like it, than you can download and print the design for FREE below.
My bullet journal was comprised of the following: 2 blank pages, a few pages for tables of contents, and then the dotted pages that fill the rest of the book. On the first blank page, I hand lettered “Bullet Journal,” feel free to do whatever you like here! That’s one thing I love about bullet journaling, it’s just so creative!!
Since I haven’t really started journaling yet, my table of contents is blank, but I plan to fill it in with page numbers and titles as I go! Here, I hand lettered “table of contents” at the top!
Well, I know my post probably seemed a little brief, but don’t worry! I’ll be posting a lot more on this subject! I hope you enjoyed it and will hopefully start a bullet journal (??) Thanks for reading!!
